20, 2023) Sliding ahead of early leader Brian Shirley after
he tangled with a lapped car, second-starting Nick Hoffman, of Mooresville,
North Carolina, rolled on to the $10,000 XR Workin' Man Series victory
during the 41st Annual 'Jim Dunn Memorial' at Muskingum County Speedway
tonight! The Open Wheel Modified ace, who is in first full season
of Super Late Model competition, beat Tyler Carpenter, Jacob Hawkins,
Gordy Gundaker, and Gregg Satterlee to the checkered flag in the
50-lap main event. A total of 34 Super Late Model competitors showed
up to Zanesville, Ohio this evening and heat races wins went to
Nick Hoffman, Gordy Gundaker, Kyle Bronson, and Brian Shirley, while
the consolation events were captured by Nathon Loney and Clint Keenan.
